Get ready for a morning of fun at our new and improved Bunny Hop! Whitestown Parks and Recreation’s annual egg hunt has been reimagined to include hopping down the bunny trail to gather eggs, capturing a photo with the Easter Bunny, and collecting eggs from our local sponsors!

The Bunny Hop will be indoors at the Whitestown Municipal Complex (6210 Veterans Drive) on Saturday, April 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

If you would like to get involved and be a Sponsor, Vendor or Volunteer for this event, we would welcome your involvement.

Children should bring their own baskets to collect eggs. The Easter Bunny will also be available to take photos at this free event.

Whitestown Parks also offers an adapted egg hunt for children with varying capabilities up to the age of 14. This hunt is designed to provide a fun and welcoming experience for children of all abilities. The Inclusive Egg Hunt will be held at the Whitestown Municipal Complex at 10 a.m. to accommodate children with mobility needs and allow a sensory-friendly atmosphere.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 12 p.m. The bunny trail is for all ages and will run continuously throughout the event.

Is there an Easter Egg Hunt?

There will be no individual hunts this year. To ensure every child has a chance to collect eggs, we’ve transformed the traditional hunts into the bunny trail. The trail is open to all ages and offers plenty of opportunities to find eggs along the way. Guests are encouraged to explore the event area and discover eggs hidden throughout.

What is in the eggs?

Each egg contains either 1 small toy or 1 piece of candy. There are no high-value prizes.

What do I need to bring?

Children should bring their own basket to collect the eggs.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 12 p.m. Participants are welcome to come and go as needed.

Who can participate in the egg hunt?

The inclusive egg hunt is designed for children with different abilities up to age 14. in addition to parents/guardians, we allow up to 1 additional child to assist their friend participating in the Inclusive Egg Hunt. Any assisting child is welcome to enjoy the sensory bins along with their friend!

What is in the eggs?
