The Town of Whitestown has a full lineup of Spring events.
Easter Egg Hunt
Join Whitestown Parks and Recreation for their annual Easter Egg Hunt, presented by Traders Point Christian Schools, at Main Street Park on Saturday, April 16 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. There will be community vendors, yard games, and a plant station. The egg hunt will be split up by age:
- 10:30 a.m. – ages 0-3
- 10:50 a.m. – ages 4-7
- 11:10 a.m. – ages 8+
Children should bring their own basket to collect eggs. The Easter Bunny will also be available to take photos at this free event.
Battle of the Badges
Lace up your running (or walking) shoes for the inaugural Battle of the Badges 5K, presented by Bose, McKinney & Evans LLP, on Saturday, April 23. This family-friendly event features a fun competition between the Whitestown Fire and Police Departments. Choose which team you will support when you register and let the battle begin!
The race kicks off at 8 a.m. and begins and ends at Traders Point Christian High School. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Isaiah 117 House, which provides physical and emotional support in a safe and loving home for children awaiting foster care placement.
Registration is available at https://runsignup.com/Race/IN/Whitestown/BattleoftheBadges5k.
