Whitestown, IN [June 5, 2025] – The Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department is excited to announce the return of its annual Bike with a Cop. This engaging community event brings officers and youth together for fun and safety.
Bike with a Cop encourages kids to get outdoors and ride alongside local law enforcement in a positive and educational setting. Each event takes place in a different neighborhood or area of Whitestown, ensuring that children across the community have the opportunity to participate.
“This program allows us to connect with local youth in a meaningful way while promoting bike safety,” said Scott Rolston, Chief of Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department.
Participants must bring and wear a helmet to take part in the ride. Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather; attendees are encouraged to follow the Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department on Facebook for the latest updates and announcements.
