Whitestown Municipal Utilities has launched a new payment portal to provide residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills.

“We are pleased to offer our residents convenient ways to manage their account anywhere, at anytime,” said Whitestown Public Works Director Danny Powers. “The expanded payment options now allow residents to pay online, by phone, or by text.”

The new online portal allows customers to enroll in autopay, choose paperless billing, and more. Customers can also choose to get a text notification about their bill and have the option to reply to pay with their default payment method. Payments can also be made via phone 24/7.
