Do I have to create an account when I submit a service request?
No, you can remain publicly anonymous when you submit a request. However, the Town requires a full name and email address so that the responsible department can follow up. Providing contact information often ensures requests can be resolved more quickly.
Does the Whitestown Action Center handle emergency services?
No, the Whitestown Action Center only handles non-emergency service requests. Call 911 in the case of an emergency.
