Building Department

The Building Department issues all building permits, performs all building and rental property inspections, and applies building codes.

Clerk’s Office

The Clerk’s Office is responsible for handling the accounting, collection, and disbursement of funds and all financial matters pertaining to the Town.

Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Department investigates municipal code and zoning complaints and takes action to ensure buildings, homes and properties comply with Whitestown codes.

Development Services

The Development Services Department helps guide the safe and efficient development and maintenance of the community.

Fire Department

The Fire Department is devoted to protecting lives and property by providing professional emergency services for our community, its visitors, and neighbors.

Parks and Recreation

The Parks Department is dedicated to connecting parks and people by providing environmentally friendly outdoor recreation opportunities for citizens of Whitestown and surrounding communities.

Planning Department

The Planning Department is responsible for day-to-day zoning operations, site plan review, and development of the Comprehensive Plan.

Police Department

The Police Department works in partnership with the community to reduce crime, provide a sense of safety and security, and improve the quality of life.

Public Relations

The Public Relations Department tells Whitestown’s story through a variety of communication channels including videos, photos, social media, news releases, and digital content.

Public Works

The Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining the town’s public infrastructure.

Street Department

The Street Department is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of Whitestown public right of way’s and streets.

Town Administration

The Town Administration manages the affairs of the municipality.

Utilities

Whitestown Municipal Utilities is responsible for managing and maintaining Whitestown’s water and sewer infrastructure.
