The Whitestown Parks Department reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. The Whitestown Parks Department does not offer exclusivity for any vendor, company, brand, or products sold at any of our events and reserves the right to approve or reject any vendors or product requests. All entertainment material must be family-friendly. Use of profane, vulgar, and crude language or gestures are prohibited. I accept that the Whitestown Viking Fest, Whitestown Parks and Recreation Department, Town of Whitestown, Whitestown Parks Foundation, and its volunteers shall not be held liable for accidents, damage, and/or loss of/stolen products or money from my booth. I accept responsibility for all individuals working in conjunction with my entertainment act. I also understand that in the event of full cancellation of the Whitestown Viking Fest, I will not be compensated for my services. I hereby consent to be photographed/videotaped by representatives of the Whitestown Viking Fest. I further authorize that the photographs may be published for any purpose and in any form.Proof of InsuranceBy completing this application, I understand and acknowledge that all entertainment groups must EITHER obtain their own liability insurance to additionally insure the Town of Whitestown OR sign the Uniform Contract sent to them via the Whitestown Parks Department to be able to perform at the Whitestown Viking Fest.
