By completing this application you are NOT guaranteed a spot at the Whitestown Viking Fest. The Whitestown Parks Department reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. The Whitestown Parks Department does not offer exclusivity for any vendor, company, brand, or products sold at any of our events and reserves the right to approve or reject any vendors or product requests. I accept that the Whitestown Viking Fest, Whitestown Parks and Recreation Department, Town of Whitestown, Whitestown Parks Foundation, and its volunteers shall not be held liable for accidents, damage, and/or loss of/stolen products or money from my booth. I accept responsibility for all individuals working in my booth. I also understand that any fees for my participation in this event are non-refundable, except in the event of full cancellation of the Whitestown Viking Fest. I hereby consent to be photographed/videotaped by representatives of the Whitestown Viking Fest. I further authorize that the photographs may be published for any purpose and in any form."
