Each shelter is $75 to rent for the day.

Only one rental per shelter per day.

Which shelters are available to rent?

There are five shelters available for rental: Main Street Park Shelters A, B, and C, Anson Acres Main Shelter, and Panther Park Shelter. 

The main shelter at Main Street Park is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and not available for rental.

What is the duration of the rental?

The shelter rental is for the duration of the day (from dawn to dusk). There will be no more than one rental per shelter per day.

How much does it cost to rent a shelter?

The fee is $75 per day.

How do I pay?

After submitting the request form, a member of the Parks Department will contact you to complete for reservation and collect payment. Payment is accepted via credit card, check, or money order. No cash payments are accepted.

Can I bring alcohol to my event?

No. Alcohol is not permitted in the parks.

Are signs and/or banners allowed?

Yes. Please do not hang them with anything permeant (nails, screws, etc.). Please be sure to remove them before leaving the shelter.

Is there electricity?

No. While some of our shelters do have outlets, it is not guaranteed.

What else do I need to know?

Management withholds the right to make reasonable adjustments and exceptions.
