Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

The Board of Zoning Appeals functions to give greater assurance that zoning is fair and equitable, that it is properly interpreted, and does not cause excessive hardship.

The Whitestown Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 2^nd at 6:30pm.

The meeting will be held in person and via videoconference. If you would like to participate or observe the meeting live on Zoom, please send an email to info@whitestown.in.gov to register for the meeting no later than 4 p.m. on November 2, 2023. Your email should include your name and address, and the subject line should state “Whitestown BZA Meeting.” Valid registrants will then be sent information via email on how to access the video conference.

If you would like to publicly speak regarding an agenda item during this meeting or send comments to the board, please email lmckeever@whitestown.in.gov no later than noon on the date of the meeting.
