Pre-Screen Questionnaires will be accepted from 1/8/2024 through 4:00 pm 2/2/2024. Mandatory Orientation sessions will be tentatively held on the evenings of 2/6/24, 2/8/24, and the morning of 2/10/24

This Pre-Screen Questionnaire helps us to identify who you are and whether you will meet our organization’s policies regarding alcohol, drugs, domestic violence, and safe driving. The preferred method of submitting this Pre-Screen Questionnaire is online through our website by submitting once all required information is filled out. Applicants may also return it in person or by mail to 6208 Veterans Drive, Whitestown IN 46075, addressed to ATTN: Captain John Jurkash. After review, you will be contacted by a Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department representative to invite you to a mandatory orientation meeting, written assessment, physical abilities test, and oral interview. You will also be notified if you are disqualified.

A thorough background investigation, which will include a voice stress analysis, is a part of the screening process the Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department uses to ensure that the employees/appointees it hires are worthy of the trust and authority vested in them.
