Whitestown, IN [November 25] – The Town of Whitestown invites residents to celebrate the season with a variety of holiday events. Get in the Christmas spirit by Participating in a lineup of free events the whole family can enjoy together.
“The holidays are a special time for families to come together, and we’re excited to offer a variety of free events for our residents to delight in” said Town Manager Katie Barr. “We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the festivities with us!”
LETTERS TO SANTA
Send your holiday wishes to Santa through the Letters to Santa activity, starting November 25. Letters can be dropped off in Santa’s red mailbox at the Whitestown Municipal Complex.
To receive a response from Santa and prizes, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Prizes will be available while supplies last. Letters dropped off after December 14 are not guaranteed a reply.
This activity is for Whitestown residents only.

SANTA WORKSHOP
Bring the family to Santa’s Workshop in Main Street Park every Saturday starting after Thanksgiving through Christmas at 12-2 p.m. Santa, the Grinch, and the Coca-Cola Bear will make special appearances. The guests will change each week, so make sure to come to the Santa’s Workshop each week.

GRINCH HUNT
Rumor has it, the Grinch will be causing some mischief around Whitestown starting the week of December 2. He’ll be making surprise appearances around town leading up to Merry at Main on December 7. Residents are encouraged to keep an eye out for him, snap a photo if it’s safe, and share it on social media by tagging the Town of Whitestown and Whitestown Parks and Recreation.
Get ready to join the fun and help us catch the Grinch this holiday season!

MERRY AT MAIN
Celebrate the season at Merry at Main on December 7 from 12 – 3 p.m. at Main Street Park. This free, family-friendly event features a holiday market with local hand-crafted items, baked goods, and more!
Special guests include reindeer from the North Pole, and we’ve heard rumors that the Grinch might make an appearance!

SANTA PARADE
The Santa Parade takes place on Saturday, December 7, starting at 6 p.m. from the Whitestown Municipal Complex. Santa will be riding aboard a Whitestown Fire Department fire truck, spreading holiday cheer as he travels through local neighborhoods.
Residents are encouraged to gather along the route to see the parade.

WINTER MARKET
Join us at the Winter Market at the Whitestown Municipal Complex (6210 Veterans Drive, Whitestown)! This monthly event, running from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., offers a wide range of local products, including handmade crafts, fresh produce, baked goods, and farm goods.
With live music at each market, it’s a fun and festive way to support local vendors and enjoy the holiday season.
