How do I pay my water bill?

Save time by paying online with NO FEES! Visit InvoiceCloud to make a one-time payment or register your account to set up AutoPay, which pays your bill in full on the 24th of each month.

To register, enter your 9 or 10-digit account number (no dashes or spaces) and the first few letters of your last name. Click SEARCH INVOICES, and then select the box in front of the most recent invoice at the top of the page. Click on REGISTER SELECTED INVOICE in orange. Simply follow the prompts on this easy-to-use site, which also allows you to check your balance, recent payments, and more.

You can also pay over the phone with NO FEES by calling 855-751-1573, by mail using the payment stub on your statement, or by placing your payment in the white drop box located at the start of the short drive directly in front of our building located at 6210 Veterans Drive. It reads WHITESTOWN UTILITIES on the sides.

How do I setup a payment arrangement?

For customers that have past due balances, payment arrangements are available in 3, 6, 9, or 12 installments. To request a payment arrangement please email billing@whitestown.in.gov for assistance and advise how many installments are needed.

Who provides my water and sewer service?

Who can I contact with questions?

Please send billing questions, new account setup, and start/stop service requests to billing@whitestown.in.gov or call 317-733-8584 and choose the prompt for your specific need to ensure you are routed correctly for assistance.

I'm a new customer. How do I setup an account?

To set up a new account, please contact the Whitestown Municipal Utilities billing office via email at billing@whitestown.in.gov with your address and closing date in your email.

Requests made on Friday will not be completed until Monday. A rental property may require more time if the property registration and inspection have not been completed.

Your bill will arrive monthly and include both water (if applicable) and sewer charges. The $25 account set-up fee will be added to your first bill.

Please note: If you are renting a home within the Whitestown Town limits, your landlord/property owner must be sure that the property is registered with the Town of Whitestown and that inspection requirements have been met. When they have, your landlord will be able to give you a “UTILITIES TRANSFER FORM” that you will bring with you when setting up your new account. Landlords/property owners can find more information here.

Help! I have a water emergency.

For before or after-hour emergencies, please contact the emergency line at 866-886-6777.

Please note that billing questions are not considered an emergency.
