On Tuesday, April 5th at approximately 4:00pm, the Boone County Communications Center was notified of an armed robbery that just occurred at the Verizon store on Whitestown Parkway.

WMPD apprehended’s suspect after high speed chase
On Tuesday November 2nd at 1:30 pm, a WMPD officer observed a silver Lincoln driving at a high rate of speed and driving erratically in the 6100 block of Perry Worth Road. Prior to attempting a traffic stop, the WMPD officer observing the suspect vehicle confirmed that it was stolen out of Marion County.
