On Tuesday, April 5th at approximately 4:00pm, the Boone County Communications Center was notified of an armed robbery that just occurred at the Verizon store on Whitestown Parkway.
On Tuesday 3/22/2022, at approximately 5:45pm, Boone County Dispatch notified WMPD officers of a robbery at gunpoint that had just occurred in the area of Gordman Drive in Whitestown.

On Tuesday November 2nd at 1:30 pm, a WMPD officer observed a silver Lincoln driving at a high rate of speed and driving erratically in the 6100 block of Perry Worth Road. Prior to attempting a traffic stop, the WMPD officer observing the suspect vehicle confirmed that it was stolen out of Marion County.
In August of 2019, WMPD Patrol Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle call in the Walker Farms subdivision. After locating the vehicle, and completing a thorough and lengthy investigation into why the vehicle was in the area, officers uncovered that this situation was much more than a suspicious vehicle.
