Sales Giveback Agreement(Required) I understand that all Whitestown Parks events require a 10% of sales giveback and some will require a deposit as well.

Vendor Agreement(Required) By applying to be a vendor, you agree that you are available on chosen event date(s). Upon approval of your application, a vendor space will be held for you and an agreement will be sent to you.
We require a 10% vendor giveback within 2 weeks after event date unless otherwise stated (only applicable to Ready to Eat/Drink vendors). Certain events may have additional requirements that you will be made aware of.
Whitestown Parks Department does not offer exclusivity for any vendor, company, brand, or products sold at any of our events and reserves the right to approve or reject any vendors or product requests

Proof of Insurance(Required) By applying to be a vendor, I understand that all vendors are required to obtain their own liability insurance to additionally insure the Town with the following statement: “Town of Whitestown and Whitestown Parks Foundation located at 6210 Veterans Drive Whitestown, IN 46075”.
Again, I understand to participate in Whitestown Parks events I am required to obtain my own liability insurance.
