Town of Whitestown Announces Town Manager

Whitestown, IN [March 5, 2024] – The Town of Whitestown is pleased to announce the selection of Katie Barr as the new Town Manager, effective March 5, 2024.

As Town Manager, Katie will oversee the day-to-day operations of Whitestown, working closely with elected officials, town departments, and community partners to implement policies and initiatives that reflect the values and priorities of our residents.

“We are very excited to have Katie Barr as our new Town Manager,” said Dan Patterson, Whitestown Town Council President. “With her proven leadership, vision, and professionalism, we are confident that she will lead our community with integrity and excellence for years to come.”

In her previous role as the Deputy Town Manager of Human Resources for the Town of Whitestown, Katie has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and transparency. She has a deep understanding of the unique needs and opportunities of local government and is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our residents.
