As part of an ongoing investigation, it was determined that one of the passengers, Nyab Ksor (50 y/o male, Indianapolis), succumbed to injuries sustained during the vehicle collision that occurred at SR 267 and Indianapolis Road on 10/17/19. Ksor was pronounced deceased by EMS personnel on the scene. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of the deceased and all those affected by this tragic incident.

            The other four occupants of the passenger vehicle are still being treated at an Indianapolis hospital for moderate to severe injuries sustained during the crash. Their information will be released at a later time.
